Prices

Calculation of prices is alternative, depending on kilometer-based or time-based methods, always applying the method more favorable for the transporter. In case of all orders the prices are according to negotiations with the transporter and are flexible fitting to the requirements. Discounts are available in case of reservation of more coaches or high volume, long-distance cooperation.

General conditions

• Minimal fulfillment: 4 hours (within the boundaries of Budapest). Beyond the boundaries of Budapest the min. output is 250 kms/day.
• Within the borders of Budapest fee for + 30 - 30 minutes or + 15 - 15 kms is charged for the departure from and return to the garage
• VAT in Hungary: 15% ,in case of trips abroad the VAT is calculated according to EU standards
• Additional cost, like road tolls, parking fees, driver's allocation, etc. is charged always to customer. The daily allowance of driver (only in case of trips abroad) is:25,- USD/driver/day, regardless of boarding (accommodation/meal)
• The limit of daily driving hours is valid according to the rules of ARTR.
• TTU takes the responsibility for rescue of coach origins from TTU's fault.

Payment conditions

• Deposit payment: 50 % of the agreed fare
• Rest payment: within 8 days based upon invoice to our bank account

Cancellation

• Free cancellation: 4 days prior to the beginning of program.
• In case of cancellation within 72 hours: 50% of the agreed fare is charged to the customer as cancellation fee.
