Pongrácz Farm is located next to the primordial grassland of Kunpuszta, 6 km from Kerekegyháza, 92 km from Budapest. It provides a large variety of amenities: horse-show, horse carriage ride, visiting of a traditional Hungarian farm, pleasant lunch.
The horse herd welcomes the guests with far-sounding whip cracking. Freshly baked savoury scones and apricot brandy are served for reception.

During the spectacular horse-show guests can admire the virtuosity of horse herds (Puszta ten-in-hand, coach-and-four carriage driving, 8-horseherd show. Puszta coach-and five, pony carriage, donkey carriage team of oxen with wagon). They recall the mysterious thousand-years-old relationship between man and horse.

Our guests can enjoy the magical tastes of the peasant cuisine: the famous Hungarian "goulash" (beef stew soup) prepared in "bogrács" (iron-stew-pot) as well as the roasts and special pastries made in a tradition oven, selected Hungarian wines.

Then visitors will take the horse-carriage to ride to the nearby Vörösmarty Farm where they can have insight into the past of traditional Hungarian country culture as well as into the present day farm keeping practice. The owner of the "living farm" welcomes the guests with wine and potato "lángos" (fried dough) and zither music.

Guests can meet here the special Hungarian animals: "racka" sheep, the sheep-dog called "puli", the long-haired mangalitsa pig.

The program takes about 4-5 hours and can be changed according to requirements.
